Deployment:

• Backend: PHP 5.3, CronJob, My SQL with a good host to handle multiple requests
• Live score feed: you have to buy your own license from www.xmlsoccer.com (€90 / year). You need to buy a new host and new domain (I recommend hostagor.com); after that setup backend then configure app correctly before make it works properly. 
• Set up Firebase account for live-chat feature. Firebase can charge you for high usage. You can turn off the live chat feature in code. Check detail at http://firebase.com/
