With Buildbox:
Open Buildbox project
Replace current sprites with your own
Build and export project.
Without Buildbox
Change the colours of the sprites used for tiles, backgrounds and the player in the respective source folder.
Rebuild project in eclipse (Android) or Xcode (iOS).
