Overview
The Delivery Automation QR-code module
offers features that are not available on any other product currently
available:
- See real-time changes of the status of the order while scanning the QR-code. ###li/li###
- Keeps you connected to your customers leading to additional product sales.
- Allows instant client notification through SMS and email services.
- Module can be integrated with ePay. With a payment solution from ePay you can accept online payments via payment cards, credit cards, online banking, loyalty cards etc.
Requirements
The Delivery Automation QR-code module
can be installed in the same way that any Prestashop module or even
better – my professional developers teammates can setup it for you on
your site – without setup fee.
Instructions
- First of all the module is fully configured from back-end, you can find it in the back-end (first screenshot).
- Then You can create a list of QR codes for each order delivery method and order status.
- For each of that you can select if you want to notify customer of the status change with email or other
- For example: You have 2 shops (skagen and Copenhagen) and 2 delivery methods (pick-up and delivery to the client’s home). And you will have a QR codes on each invoice. Once your driver pick up the item from warehouse he scans QR code, then the status of an order changes in back-end and you can see the changes live.
- From the other side your client receives email that his item is being delivered to the shop or his home. Once your driver deliveres item to the client – he scans the final code (Grey one) and the order get the status as delivered. And the order status could not be changed anymore.
- And here comes one more marketing posibility: if the curious client will scan QR code after the order was closed – he will be moved to a page with offer to get 5% discount on new order that will increase future sales.
