Instructions
- Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/appointfox` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use the AppointFox->Settings screen to configure the plugin
