Overview

Make your WordPress site stand out with a stylish tag cloud. Display your tags in a stunning spiral or wavy shape.

Both tag clouds work out of the box and can be adjusted to your personal needs with a number of parameters. Everything is well-documented, including examples and default values.

Spiral Tag Cloud

Customize the start point, the direction, the number of cycles, line spacing and much more. You can also supply your own separator between tags and a custom text for the tooltip, visible when hoovering the mouse pointer over a tag.

The spiral tag cloud comes with an “auto” setting that tries to adjust the size to the amount of the available tags.

Wave Tag Cloud

Show one or more waves. Customize the shape of the waves, increasing opacity and more. You can also supply your own separator between tags and a custom text for the tooltip, visible when hoovering the mouse pointer over a tag.

Also the wave tag cloud comes with an “auto” setting that tries to adjust the number of tags to the length of the waves.

Use Your Own Colors

The plugin has its own out-of-the-box color scheme but you can also supply your own style sheet. Each set of tags that share the same post count have the same color.

Requirements

• PHP 5.4 or higher
• WordPress 4.0+ with access as (network) administrator
• knowledge of CSS and file access if you want to customize the styling
• In many cases you may need to fine-tune the size and appearance of the tag cloud with the available parameters.
• A modern browser (IE 10+, Chrome/Safari/Firefox, Chrome 32 or Firefox 23, and stock browser on Android 4.0+, Safari on iOS 7+).

Instructions

• Unpack the ZIP file that you received during your purchase.
• Inside you find a file “chatty-mango-tag-cloud.zip”. On your WordPress site, go to the menu Plugins->Add New, click „Upload Plugin“, install this ZIP file and activate it.
• Use one of the widgets „Chatty Mango Spiral Cloud“ or „Chatty Mango Wave Cloud“ or insert a shortcode.
