Requirements

Instructions
- Extract the ZIP file.
- You can see the JS, CSS, HTML file there.
- Copy, paste the HTML on your website just before the tag. We recommend you pasting it on your website footer.
- Edit the form action URL, text and everything according to your needs.
- Copy the CSS file and add it to additional CSS section. On the other hand, you can specify the CSS path in your website header.
- Load the JS file in your website section.
- You are good to go.
