Can send bulk e-mails using Outlook from a big list of e-mails.
It permits to enter html code in the body for a good presentation design.
Can configure too Delivery and Reading confirmation.
Attach a file if you need.
You can schedule the delivery.
You can use Outlook for check the status of delivery and read.

Requisites:

Having installed the Microsoft Framework 4.0.
Recommended use Windows 7/8.
Open Outlook before sending mass e-mails.
Each line of the mailing list must have a character at the end of it.

FAQ:

Outlook must be open before sending E-Mails?
Yes. Since the delivery process is done through MAPI. This also allows the revision of the status of sending / reading emails from Outlook.
