Overview
A fast and simple Form Question for users who want to ask questions. The form is compatible with the most famous browsers and it works with PHP. It don’t need additional items. Once the HTML code and the CSS files are copied and the file’s parameters are configured in the PHP file, it is ready to use. The form is animated by the CSS, without javascript. The installation is very easy and there are three possible variants and five combinations of different colours. The e-mail is sent to the address written in the configuration’s parameters.
