TMS (Tender Management System) is a complete online tender management system where it handles entire tendering process thru online. It is better solutions for all government and private agencies.
The earlier days we used all tendering process offline, where the proces was slow and panic. We have noticed such process and brought you the TMS (Tender Management System) with hasslefree. TMS is beening introducing by ISG (Infisoft Global) , ISG is a private software development ,consulting firm.
TMS brought you the great features, where entire tendering process including awarding handling thru online. TMS act as four different sub-application like
- Administrator
- Bidder
- TBS (Tender Board Secratry)
- SCE/Verification
The bidders those are invited here , can send (EOI) Expression of interest as a Contractor to participate in respective tender.The Bidders are authorized suppliers by Tender Board, when there is a tender the TBS or admins are responsible to invite the bidders. Tender creation and uploading tender documents can be done by TBS/admin. All those documents are saved into private location thru FTP (File transfer protocol).
Here those invited bidders are invited thru email/notification to access “Bidder” application to participate into tender. The notication contains bidder/credentials (temporary) to access the bidder application. These credentials are valid only for that tender, once tender is expired / closed, respectively bidder credentials also will get expired. In case of tender is extention , the bidder credentials also get extends.
All bidders can access/decline the tender, if comply or not. Bidders can submit tender documents thru bidder application and it will be kept safely (not even discloused to TBS/Admin) in private location (cloud). TMS allow to download the bidder submission upon tender closing. Please refer the “features section” for more details.
