JOBS PRO, the online job portal application allows job seekers and recruiters to connect. The application provides the facility for job seekers to create their account, upload their profile and resume, search for jobs, apply for jobs, view different jobs opening with closing dates, the application facilitates the employers to create their accounts, search candidates, create job postings and track contacted candidates.This creative job portal will have following primary users

• Job seeker can register and log in through Facebook & Linkedin

ADMINISTRATOR

Job Seekers:

• Admin can view all the job seekers
• Admin can active, deactivate and delete the users
• Admin can search the job seekers by name, email, and by date

Employers:

• Admin can add, edit and delete the employer
• Admin can view the detail of the employer
• Admin can search the employer by email, name and by date

Jobs:

• Admin can add, edit and delete the jobs
• Admin can filter the jobs with advance search method like industry category, location and by date
• Admin can approve, cancel and disable the jobs
• Admin can view and count the job seekers who applied for the certain jobs
• Admin can see and download the resumes of the job seekers
• Admin can schedule the interviews and update the job seekers by sending the messages

Invoices:

• Admin can view all the PayPal payments details
• Admin can view the invoice of payments
• Admin can search the payments by name and email addresses
• Admin can generate the invoice in pdf format and send the invoice by email attachment
• Admin can delete the payment invoice.

 Company Profile:

• Admin can view, add, edit and delete the company profile
• Admin can search the company profile by name and email
• Admin can add the company contact person

 Industries/ Categories / Cities:

• Admin can add, edit and delete the industries
• Admin can add, edit and delete the categories
