Call Center Real time PHP

Overview

Call Center Real time is designed to help Call center management to utilize use of the call center agents. It is designed to be shown on large TVs inside call centers in order to monitor call flow, agent’s availability, etc.

Requirements

  • WEB Server
  • PHP 4,x or higher
  • Asterisk VoIP server with Asterisk Manager Interface configured

Instructions

1. Place extracted files somwhere in your WEB Server Root
2. Edit the file named config.php and fill it with your actual values
3. Open up a Web Browser of your choice and navigate to the folder you exctracted our files in
